Information we collect

This may include account details, authentication information, operational data entered into the platform, technical usage metrics, and information submitted through the contact form, such as your name, email, company, and message.
How we use information
We process information to provide and protect the service, authenticate and authorize access, respond to messages, provide support, prevent fraud and security incidents, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform.
Sharing
ProFieldX does not sell personal information. Formspree processes contact form submissions so they can be delivered to our team. The platform's support chat is provided by Crisp; it receives messages and, when available, the account name, email, and profile photo, along with technical information needed to provide support. We may also share information with vendors needed to provide the service or when valid legal requirements apply.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described and for applicable legal and contractual periods. We use technical and administrative measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or improper destruction.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or portability of your information, and withdraw consent when consent is the basis for processing.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This site stores your cookie choice in your browser. On public pages, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads load only after your consent to analyze site usage and advertising results. In the app, a separate choice allows us to measure screen visits and actions used to improve the product, without enabling Google Ads. This measurement does not send form or service record content, names, email addresses, Brazilian tax IDs, or organization and record identifiers. You can review your choices in Cookie preferences on the site and Measurement preferences in the app. The Crisp support chat may also use functional cookies and technical data to maintain a support session.
