Field coordination needs clear work context
Electrical and telecom providers may coordinate installations, repairs and inspections across many customer sites. Keeping request details connected to the location and planned visit helps operations teams pass along the context already available.
Brazil's NR-10 establishes requirements for safety in electrical installations and services. A scheduling and work-order platform does not replace training, risk analysis, procedures, permits or other controls required for the work. A new NR-10 text was published in 2026 and is scheduled to take effect on June 1, 2027; organizations should consult the current official rule and transition timeline.
